HMMT Financial Aid Application

We are pleased to announce this year's financial aid application, made possible by our generous sponsors.
The aid will come in the form of HMMT-sponsored hotel rooms for students and one adult chaperone, as well as waived registration fees (travel will generally not be covered).
Financial aid packages will be granted to accepted teams who demonstrate the greatest need that we can accommodate, once lottery results are available. To accept your aid package, you will need to confirm your accepted registration and respond to our financial aid announcement email with the requested information by the confirmation deadline of the tournament.

We will be providing hotel rooms for students and 1 adult chaperone. There will be 2 people per room, and the number of hotel rooms your organization will receive will depend on how many teams are accepted in the lottery and how many students are registered on each team.
